About me and my practice

I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and I completed my Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Relationship Therapy with The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS) in 2025.

I am a GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) specialist. This means that I have received specialist training to work with client who identify as LGBTQIA+, are trans, non-binary or gender expansive, non-monogamous, and have or desire erotically diverse practices such as kink, fetish and BDSM.

These are some of my personal identities:
Transgender Woman
Queer
Autistic
ADHD
Polyamorous

I began my therapy training in 2021 when I myself was looking to engage with therapy, but being a trans woman I found it increasingly difficult to find a therapist that I wasn't going to have to educate, and somebody that would be able to understand some of the lived experiences of being trans and neurodivergent. At this point I knew I wanted to be able to provide a service that I was struggling to find for myself.

I was very fortunate that during my training I was able to take a placement opportunity at 56 Dean Street, sexual health service in London, and within that service work with TransPlus, the gender, sexual health and STI service integrated with 56 Dean Street. Following this, I was able to take a further placement with the Northern Regional Gender Dysphoria Service (NRGDS). These placements gave me the opportunity to work with the LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse communities which really cemented my desire to work within this field.

I work with a variety of genders (including transgender and cisgender women and men, non-binary, agender, two-spirit and gender fluid folk), sexualities (including gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, queer, asexual, aromantic, and associated spectrums), and relationship styles and structures (including non-monogamy and monogamy, polyamory, swinging, relationship anarchy, triads, solo polyamory and open relationships). I also work with kink practitioners and a range of BDSM relationships and dynamics.

My practice is anti-oppressive and trauma informed, meaning that I welcome conversations about how our identities and our histories shape the therapeutic space. My practice is also sex work affirming, meaning that the therapy I offer is safe, respectful and free of judgement for those currently or previously working in the sex industry.

My practice is exclusively online as I feel that this enables me to provide a therapeutic service to a greater amount of people who may require it. Be that because of geographical location, scheduling or physical ability.

I currently offer weekly, fortnightly, and one off sessions.
I offer sessions 07:00 - 13:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
