Individual Therapy is suitable if you're looking to talk to someone about any part of your identity; gender, sexuality, relationship, erotic or kink.

Additionally if you have any concerns about any part of your sex life; pain, discomfort, anxiety, knowledge or desire.

Intimate Partner Therapy

£75 - 50 Minutes

Intimate Partner Therapy is suitable if you are experiencing conflict in your relationship due to any number of reasons, including; affairs, navigating ethical non-monogamy, desire discrepancy, pain or discomfort.

Or if you wish to develop your communication or explore opening up your relationship.
